IGNITE THE FIRE BETWEEN - A FOUR-PART COUPLES WORKSHOP SERIES

For couples who want MORE

More connection. More presence. More intimacy. More passion.

If you’re longing to deepen emotional closeness, experience more pleasure and explore a more conscious way of relating, this series is designed for you.

This is for you if….

  •     Your relationship has slipped into routine or autopilot
  •     Passion and intimacy have taken a back seat to work, family, and the demands of daily life
  •     Unspoken resentment or emotional “clutter” are getting in the way of truly seeing each other
  •     You feel stuck when expressing needs, boundaries, or desires
  •     You feel mismatched in libido or longing for more vibrancy in your intimate life
  •     You are ready to rebuild trust, increase emotional connection, and explore what deeper intimacy might look like together

WHAT THIS SERIES OFFERS

Across four evening workshops, you and your partner will explore new ways of relating to each other with curiosity, intention and care.

Using a blend of:

  •   movement
  •   dialogue
  •   touch-based practices, fully clothed
  •   reflective and embodied exploration

We invite you to slow down, tune in, challenge limiting patterns and discover what becomes possible when you relate with more awareness, presence and honesty.

Each workshop is 3 hours and centres on a specific theme that builds on the last.

Workshop 1 — Thursday 29 January 2026, 6pm–9pm

BUILDING TRUST & SAFETY

The journey always begins here.

This workshop lays the foundation for everything that follows. You will explore how trust and safety can be built through attunement, co-regulation, and opening up clearer communication channels.

Themes:

  • Foundations of trust and openness
  • Understanding how the nervous system impacts connection and intimacy
  • Nervous-system co-regulation for couples - Learning how to settle, soothe, and support one another
  • Recognising and softening protective patterns and defences
  • Creating an environment where vulnerability can be expressed more freely

Workshop 2 — Thursday 5 February 2026, 6pm–9pm

COMMUNICATION AND BOUNDARIES

Intimacy thrives when communication is clear, honest and compassionate.

In this workshop, you will explore how to express yourself in ways that reduce defensiveness and deepens understanding. You will practice listening not to fix or react, but to truly hear and receive your partner. You will learn how to move beyond avoidance, blame, or shutdown and into conversations that build closeness.

Themes:

  • Expressing needs, desires, and boundaries with clarity and confidence
  • Moving beyond blame, silence or people-pleasing
  • Clearing emotional clutter and resentment
  • Creating shared agreements that support growth, pleasure and mutual respect

Workshop 3 — Thursday 12 February 2026, 6pm–9pm

PRESENCE, PLEASURE & AROUSAL

You are welcome to join a single workshop or attend the full series for a deeper journey. A discount is given to those who can attend all 4 workshops.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  •     No explicit sexual touch or nudity - all practices are clothed and guided
  •     Exercises are done only with your partner
  •     Some group reflection and discussion
  •     A small, intimate group — maximum of 3 couples.

Why group experiential learning is effective

Couples learn best when they can experience new ways of relating together. Talking about connection is very different from feeling, practicing and reflecting on it in a safe, guided space. Experiential exploration allows partners to move beyond old scripts and turn concepts like safety, trust, boundaries and desire into lived, embodied experiences and through this, we believe, real transformation is more likely to happen.
